One card, not five dashboards

The $24 is not a host race with Railway. It is “one bill instead of Vercel + database + Resend,” and it sits on the same shelf as the AI tool you already pay $20–25 for.

Free is the door. One stack, no card, sleeps after idle. A stranger can open https://{slug}.sites.sleipner.ai once HTTPS health is 200. Their users can get a magic link through our mailer. You do not get a Resend key. You do not hang a real domain on a sleeper.

Pro is always on, per stack. Custom domain and sending from send.{their-domain} are the proper mail setup — later, not this week. We will not pretend it is live until the agent can attach a domain.

Replace DevOps for that company: launch tax first, then the ops hire you never make. Humans still approve money. Agents still write the app.
